I love food, I love Jamie Oliver, and I love me a good revolution
Jamie has the heart of a servant and it’s so fantastic how tirelessly he has worked to promote the use of nutritious wholesome food, especially in schools and through educating kids.
Food affects your mood. Big time.
Learning what the right foods are that bring you joy takes some time.
Even if you don’t “officially” participate in Food Revolution Day, there’s no time like the present to try a new recipe or make a favourite one, and spend time eating good wholesome food with good wholesome friends.
