The Single Most Important Thing You Need To Know

born-worthy

Self love, self compassion, self acceptance. These are words that you hear thrown around a lot these days. You know it’s important to love yourself, but how?!

If you’re new to the journey of self love or even if you’re an old hand - we all need to be reminded of the truth of who we are.

Fear, anxiety, comparison, criticism, and perfectionism get in the way of self love. And when this happens it can be hard to remember where to begin.

I made this video to help you return to love in a cute and fun way. {Click here if you’re reading this in an email}

May you always remember that you were born worthy.

    Dear Soldier of Love,
    This was awesome! I just need to say that:
    (1) I had the exact same thing with an ex-boyfriend cheating on me, and afterwards he literally told me I was unloveable. So that was a lot of fun to let go of! [Full disclosure: journey still in progress!];
    (2) I absolutely try to imagine the cute little girl that I once was, and imagine her still inside me. Cos of course we are all still have that creature within us and of course we are all still as loveable-deserving-wholehearted-worthy as we were back then; and
    (3) I imagine my boyfriend like this too. I have two photos of him as an adorable cheeky kid - one sitting on my bedside table and one on my desk. When I am feeling frustrated with him (in that ordinary, pissy way that we all fall in to from time to time) it helps me to remember that *he* is that adorable, gorgeous, innocent, wonderful, worthy little creature too. It helps take away the pissiness a lot quicker…
    Very glad I’ve discovered your site!

      Wow Jess - what a fantastic idea having photos of your partner as a kid too!
      Isn’t it funny as soon as we see ourselves or our loved ones (or anyone really) as children we instantly soften…
      So glad you’re here.
